About Us

John Fish, President, started his career in 1977 with his father, Don, a skilled craftsman and cabinet maker. He became Director of Construction & Senior Project Manager for some of the most reputable custom home builders in Southwest Florida such as London Bay, Gulfshore Homes, and R&H Development. Some of the neighborhoods included: Grey Oaks, Bonita Bay, Port Royal, Pelican Bay, Quail West, and Mediterra to name a few. 

Today he carries on the family business with son, William, and daughter, Mandy. Together they utilize their artisanship and custom home building knowledge to create a personal touch on every project.

Will Fish, Vice President, has a proven track record of success in business development and customer relations at corporate companies. His personable approach and eye for design comes naturally. 

Mandy Fish, Director of Operations & Licensed Realtor brings her knowledge and experience in management, marketing, Real Estate, and design to the ACR team. Originally from San Diego, California, Will & Mandy grew up in Naples, FL, and plan to continue the Fish legacy.

Kathy Fish, Broker Associate with Realty Hub, brings over 30 years experience in the Real Estate industry. Her extensive background includes roles as a
mortgage broker and as a top wholesale lender in Southwest Florida. Mandy & Kathy work together as a team. They both have traveled and worked in states such as California, North Carolina, and Tennessee, and have held real estate shows in the Northeast and Midwest,providing them with a broad perspective on relocation. The Fish Team prides itself on integrity, exceptional communication, strong negotiation skills, and the confidence to guide clients through their most significant financial decisions, ensuring a successful outcome.
